Often\, when we think about going to college\, we make sure the school has the right majors\, social activities and the right distance from home. However\, we don’t often give enough thought to the emotional fit of a school\, and for a grieving student this may be equally important. Colleges are inundated with students with mental health challenges\, so making sure you will get the support you need is critical. This workshop will help to prepare your students for the emotional challenges ahead by providing strategies to set them up for success.
