The purpose of this webinar is to guide participants through the complexities of grief, offering insights and tools to manage their emotions and find a path forward. Whether the loss is recent or long ago, the goal is to help attendees feel seen, heard, and supported in their journey.
Presenter: Madelyn Aragon, Licensed Mental Health Clinician and a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist
Madelyn Aragon is a Licensed Mental Health Clinician and a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist. She is the founder of Safe Space Group where they offer Grief recovery services. At Safe Space Group their vision is to encounter life, to achieve assurance, and restore a sense of self and purpose. She holds virtual grief groups as well as one-on-one support for those who are suffering from loss of any kind. She co-authored a book called, “Doing it Afraid,” where she details how she overcame the fear called Agoraphobia. Her approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a commitment to fostering healing and resilience.
