Announces Board Officers for 2022

Morristown and Princeton, NJ – Embarking on its 19th year of continued expansion and growing impact as a leading voice for grieving children and families, Good Grief today announced the addition of Christopher Karambelas and Joseph Catanzaro to the nonprofit organization’s Board of Directors and announced its Board Officers for 2022.

Karambelas is a Managing Director with ToneyKorf Partners, LLC, a New York-based management and advisory firm specializing in the healthcare sector. He held earlier roles with other large accounting and consulting firms providing services in interim management, advisory, finance, bankruptcy, and restructuring across various industries.

Shubeck, “Chris possesses experience and insights in healthcare management and brings an informed perspective to Good Grief’s growth strategy and plans. Joe’s depth of knowledge and understanding of digital technology will broaden the reach of our message and mission.”

Karambelas holds a B.S. from Northeastern University, an A.S. in Computer Engineering from Vermont Technical College and is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor and a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional.

Catanzaro holds a B.A. from Bucknell University and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He resides in Clifton, NJ with his wife and their two sons.

Good Grief also announced its Board Officers for 2022:

Mark Durham, Board Chair. Durham is a resident of Morristown, NJ, and a Managing Partner at executive recruiting firm Strawn Arnold & Associates. He joined the Good Grief board in 2017 and served as Vice-Chair from 2019 – 2020.

Guy Langford, Board Vice-Chair. Langford is a resident of Princeton, NJ, and a Partner, M&A Transaction Services with Deloitte. Langford has served on the Good Grief board since 2020.

Andrew Dinnhaupt, Board Treasurer. Dinnhaupt, a resident of Chatham, NJ, is a Portfolio Manager/Research Analyst with Franklin Mutual Advisers, LLC. He has served on the Good Grief board since 2019.

Jody Stowe, Board Secretary. Stowe is a resident of Basking Ridge, NJ, and a former Senior Vice President with health information technology company Ingenix. She joined the Good Grief board in 2021.
