Good Grief Raises More Than $96,600 At 3rd Annual Golf Outing

Princeton, New Jersey – August 18, 2016 – 74 golfers participated in the Good Grief annual charity golf outing at TCP Jasna Polana on Monday, raising $96,600 to support its mission to help grieving families coping with loss through support programs, education, and advocacy.

“The 2016 Good Grief Golf Outing was a huge success this year! The golf course was in spectacular condition and we’re already looking forward to next year’s event,” said Robert Meirowitz M.D. of Princeton Gastroenterology Associates, who was the event co-chair along with Irvin Urken, a financial representative with Northwestern Mutual.

The event was supported by a number of local business including Gold Sponsors Celgene and Private Advisors Group, Silver Sponsors Atlantic Health Systems, Bayer Healthcare and JBK Associates, Bronze Sponsors Educational Services Group, Phybus, Princeton Anesthesia Services, Princeton Gastroenterology Associates, Princeton HealthCare System and Prism Advisory Group. Audi Princeton generously lent some excitement to the outing by sponsoring the Hole in One prize of a new Audi Q5. BlackRock employees were on hand as volunteers for the day, helping the event run smoothly.
