2024 Good Grief Gala Makes Princeton Debut

On November 21, we held our first Gala in the Princeton area, where over 170 community members came together to raise over $300,000 to support children and families impacted by grief and loss.

The event brought together compassionate individuals who have dedicated their time and resources to Good Grief over the years. We honored Dr. Rob Meirowitz and Patty Ryan for their tireless efforts supporting Good Grief for over a decade. We also honored Melda L.J. Grant and Demeka Jennings-Johnson for their hard work and dedication to bringing grief education and resources to the Trenton School District. Last, we honored four remarkable facilitators for their unwavering dedication and service to supporting families through grief over the years: LaVerna Albury, Jeanine Cummins, Jan Grover, and Jackie Mardikian.

Thank you to our honorees for all you have done and continue to do for Good Grief!
