5K Run and Walk for Hope

JOIN US – REGISTRATION IS OPEN!
The 4th Annual Good Grief 5K Run and Walk For Hope raises funds and awareness to help children, teens, and young adults after the death of a mom, dad, brother, or sister. The event is a fun, family event for all ages and abilities. All participants are encouraged (but not required) to wear a Superhero costume, t shirt, or cape. We will have a post-race Costume Contest. This event is rain or shine so please plan accordingly.
