Amy Rubin has been an elementary classroom teacher for 14 years. She is MBSR certified, a mother of two boys, two dogs, and a daughter of two cancer-surviving parents. She relies on her mindfulness practice to bring calm to her busy mind and balance to her life.
Through years of practicing mindfulness in the classroom and at home, Amy has created a variety of strategies to: help relieve stress and anxiety, boost concentration and focus and
improve mood, happiness, and self-esteem
