Debra is a third-year doctoral student in the Counseling Psychology program at Saint Elizabeth University. She specializes in working with children, with a research focus on ADHD within the Latinx community.

Michelle Castruita, MSW, LSW

Michelle is a dedicated social worker committed to supporting individuals through life’s challenges and fostering resilience in diverse communities. With experience in grief support, case management, and psychoeducation, they have built a strong foundation in advocacy and direct service.

Previously, they worked at a Latinx-focused nonprofit, providing case management, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and leading a psychoeducational group for young Latinas focused on college and career readiness as well as mental health awareness.

Michelle is passionate about empowerment, equity, and mental well-being.
