Presenter: Beatrice Anduze-Faris
A medical doctor by training in France, Beatrice Anduze-Faris, a.k.a. Dr. B, has spent years at the bedside of people living with HIV/AIDS and cancer—holding hands with the dying and counseling survivors. A survivor of childhood trauma herself, she has thrived despite the odds, continuously building new dreams: moving to the United States, becoming a pilot, becoming a mother, becoming an executive leader, and becoming an entrepreneur. Today, she helps people who have survived life-altering experiences get back on track and find their path to new opportunities.
In this interactive workshop, you will reflect on how life-altering events affect us—sometimes in the long term—and how they shape our lives in ways we may not always recognize
